Surgeon Zhenya Koroleva’s life changes when a new Moscow manager, Ilya Sokolov, is assigned to the hospital where she works. He starts to build “a new order”, while Zhenya struggles to give up her old ways. Despite the conflict, Zhenya and Ilya have to work together, side by side, saving lives; which gradually emerges into a budding romance.
