Chuck Peterson is a young slacker with big dreams. But due to a bipolar disorder and lack of creative talent, he slums his way through life relying on small time scams to keep himself afloat. When his gangster roommate makes him an offer he can’t refuse, Chuck immediately takes the chance to clear himself of all his debts.
