The film tells the story of a long time ago, in a dark era where Thai music was banned from being played without permission. This was because the leader wanted to build a civilized country, anyone who violated it would be dealt with firmly. Colonel Phao was assigned to lead troops to sweep and close all unlicensed Thai music schools. This included the Seian Khao school, which had held a grudge in Colonel Phao’s heart since he was a child.
